Who qualifies and the rules

You must have a current service agreement with CyberJo — an accepted quote, a Top-up package, or a Service Package subscription.
One review and one reward per company.
Your review must be left on or before 28 February 2027.
Claim your 2 VU within 365 days of leaving your review.
The 2 VU are added to your existing VU pool and are subject to the same terms as purchased VU under our Master Service Agreement (MSA). VU is not cash and is non-refundable.
Please don't include confidential information in your public review.

CyberJo may amend or end this campaign at any time. The 2 VU reward is credited at CyberJo's discretion once your review is confirmed.

What is a Value Unit?

We do not sell fixed outcomes like a finished server or a completed website. We sell Value Units (VU), the unit we use to measure and bill our work. Every task is measured in VU based on the expertise it needs and the time it takes, so you always know what you are paying for.

How your VU pool works

Your VU pool is the balance of VU available for us to deliver services for you.

You buy VU and they are added to your VU pool. Everything we deliver for you is drawn from this one pool.
As our team completes tasks, we draw VU from the pool at the rate for the tier that did the work.
Service continues while there is active VU in your pool.
When the pool is depleted and no VU is available, service delivery stops. To resume, you buy more VU or your next invoice loads more.
VU on an invoice is held until you pay it, then activated. If an account is more than 7 days overdue, the VU in your pool is placed on hold until you settle it.
Prepaid VU is a once-off purchase. Any unused Prepaid VU expires 365 days after you buy it.
On Top-up, the pool may go to -2 VU so work already in progress can be finished. Below that, work pauses until you top up in bundles of 3, 5 or 10 VU.
VU is not refundable, and unused VU does not convert into cash.

On a Service Package

An agreed amount of VU is loaded into your pool each month. How much you can use in a month is guided by your VU health score (the VU you have purchased to date divided by the VU in your pool), not the full pool balance. It keeps our capacity fair for every client and shows when your package should be upgraded or downgraded.

Every task is measured by tier

Each task is placed in one of four tiers by the skill it needs. The higher the tier, the more senior the person handling it, and the faster one VU is used up.

Tier 1

Entry level · User Support Agent

Day-to-day help for your users, such as phone and chat support, guidance, basic workstation and device setup, installing and removing software, and travel or waiting time.

2 hours per VU

Tier 2

Intermediate · Junior Technician

Work escalated from Tier 1, such as system password resets, routine server maintenance, end-user computer maintenance, simple website updates and backup health checks.

1 hour 30 minutes per VU

Tier 3

Senior · Technician / Cybersecurity Analyst

Work escalated from Tier 2, such as server troubleshooting and root-cause analysis, custom server maintenance, backup design and restore testing, migrations, programming, integrations and vendor liaison.

1 hour per VU

Tier 4

Expert · Senior Technician / Project Manager / Architect / Subject Matter Expert

Expert consulting, incident response, penetration testing, governance such as policy and risk work, business continuity and disaster recovery strategy, and project management.

45 minutes per VU
