Limited-time referral program

Refer a company. Earn 3 VU.

Know a business that could use CyberJo? Refer them and we'll set them up with a no-cost top-up contract of 3 Value Units (VU) so they can test our services without paying a cent. When they choose to stay with us and purchase their first package or bundle of 3 VU or more, we'll credit 3 VU straight to your company's pool as a thank-you.

  1. Introduce them to us

    Tell a company you know about CyberJo and ask them to mention that you referred them, or put them in touch with your CyberJo contact directly.

  2. They test our services, free

    We set them up with a no-cost top-up contract of 3 VU, which is up to 6 hours of Tier 1 support or more senior time depending on the tier, so they can try us without paying anything.

  3. You earn 3 VU

    When your referral converts by purchasing a bundle of 3 VU or more, or by signing up to a service package, we add 3 VU to your VU pool. Refer more companies and earn it every time.

How it works and the rules

  • Any existing or previous CyberJo client can refer a company. Refer as many as you like and earn 3 VU for each referral that converts.
  • The company you refer gets a no-cost top-up contract of 3 VU to test our services. Only companies that reach us through a referral qualify for this, and a company that approaches us directly does not.
  • You earn your 3 VU once your referral converts by purchasing a bundle of 3 VU or more, or by signing up to a service package. Until then, no reward is credited.
  • The 3 VU reward is added to your existing VU pool and is subject to the same terms as purchased VU under our Master Service Agreement (MSA). VU is not cash and is non-refundable.
  • We render services against a referred company's VU while they remain in its pool. When the VU run out we pause service until more VU are purchased. They can then top up with one of our available bundles or move to a monthly Service Package, with no obligation on either side to continue once the VU run out.

This is a limited-time program offered at CyberJo's discretion and may be amended or withdrawn at any time. To protect the service levels our existing clients rely on, we limit the number of referrals we accept at any given time.
