Top Up is for businesses with fluctuating needs. You buy Value Units as you need them, at a per-VU price locked for 12 months, and draw them from one shared pool.

What's included
Every task is measured in Value Units, so you only ever pay for the level of expertise a job actually needs.
Your per-VU rate stays fixed for a full year, so you can budget with certainty.
Top up in bundles of 3, 5 or 10 VU whenever your pool runs low.
The pool may go to -2 VU so work already in progress can be completed.
Use your VU across Tier 1 to Tier 4 work, wherever the right expertise sits.
How the VU pool works
So there are no surprises, here is exactly how this option behaves and where its limits are.
- Your VU pool may go up to -2 VU, which lets us finish a task that is already in progress.
- Once the pool reaches -2 VU and you have not bought new VU, we have no obligation to deliver further services until the pool is replenished.
- Top-up bundles are available in sizes of 3, 5 and 10 VU at the pricing level you signed up on.
- Any unused VU expires when the Top-up contract ends or is terminated, and is not refundable.
- Payment for top-up bundles is due up front, as set out in our Master Service Agreement.
